Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the honey and soy sauce, letting it bubble gently to thicken.
  5. Add the drained pasta, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes
