- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup julienned carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional)
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Slice chicken into thin strips to ensure quick cooking.
- Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss chicken in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, then add chicken and cook until caramelized.
- Warm tortillas briefly in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the wraps with mayo, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, cooked chicken, cilantro, and green onions.
- Roll tightly, slice in half, and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
For gluten-free wraps, use corn or gluten-free tortillas. Add sriracha for more heat if desired.
