Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chicken broth to deglaze the pan. Stir in the butter mixture and cook until it becomes smooth.
