Ingredients

  • 8 ounces goat cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the halved tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar (if using), salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss until the tomatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the tomato mixture to a baking dish and spread it out.
  4. Crumble the softened goat cheese over the top of the tomatoes.
