- 200g udon noodles
- 250g beef (sliced thinly)
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant—about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the pan. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in the black pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the udon noodles to the pan, tossing everything together until well combined.
- Finish by drizzling with sesame oil and topping with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
You can substitute beef with chicken, tofu, or shrimp. Adjust black pepper to suit your taste.
