- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup celery, chopped (optional)
- 1 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
- Tortilla chips or bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked, shredded chicken and buffalo sauce in a large bowl, mixing well until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Add the softened cream cheese to the chicken mixture and stir until it’s smooth and well blended.
- Incorporate ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Fold in the chopped celery and green onions, if using.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or on slices of bread.
