- 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Coarse sea salt (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions, mustard, and ketchup, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Prepare the pizza dough by rolling it out and cutting it into small squares (about 3×3 inches).
- Assemble the bombs by placing a spoonful of beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese in the center of each square.
- Seal the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to close tightly.
- Transfer each bomb seam-side down onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add melted butter on top and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicy kick, try using pepper jack cheese. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
