Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, shredded Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually add the water, stirring until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/2-inch thickness. Cut it into small squares or bite-sized pieces using a knife or pizza cutter.
- Place your pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are spaced out for even cooking.
- Brush the tops of the bites with melted butter and sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese generously on top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm, either as an accompaniment to your favorite main course or as a delightful snack on their own!
Notes
