- 4 oz prosciutto, sliced
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary) to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped mushrooms to the skillet, sautéing until softened (about 5-7 minutes).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, sautéed mushrooms, sliced prosciutto, garlic powder, onion powder, and your chosen herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface, working it to about ¼ inch thick.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto the center of the pastry.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges to prevent leaking.
- Brush the top with the beaten egg to achieve that gorgeous golden color.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and flaky.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
