Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheese blend)
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg for egg wash (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, Caesar dressing, and cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 1/8 inch thick, and cut into smaller rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each rectangle.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket, sealing the edges tightly.
- Brush the tops with a beaten egg if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to use rotisserie chicken and swap the Caesar dressing for ranch or aioli. Can also use whole wheat dough for healthier option.
