- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, melted Swiss cheese, and softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if desired.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface. Cut into rectangles (approximately 4×6 inches).
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on one end of each rectangle, then fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops of each roll with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
