- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 6–7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Let it cook for 3–4 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the creamy garlic sauce. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Use thyme or rosemary as alternatives to garlic for a different flavor profile.
