Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Begin by cooking the bowtie pasta in a pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until it’s al dente. Once done, drain it and set the pasta aside.
- Melt the butter: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and let the butter melt. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Cook the chicken: Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, then place them in the skillet. Sauté until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Add broccoli: Toss in the broccoli florets and stir until well-coated in the buttery, garlicky sauce. Cook until bright green and tender.
- Combine pasta: Gently fold the drained pasta into the skillet with chicken and broccoli, tossing to combine all flavors for about a minute.
