Ingredients

- 1 cup of fresh spinach (or kale)
- 1 ripe banana (frozen recommended)
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 cup of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
- 1 cup of almond milk (or any milk you prefer)
- Chia seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your blender: Ensure it’s clean and ready to go.
- Add the spinach, banana, Greek yogurt, mixed berries, and honey into the blender.
- Pour in the almond milk last.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Adjust with more milk if too thick.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with additional honey if desired.
- Serve immediately in a glass; sprinkle chia seeds on top if using.
Notes
For a tropical version, swap mixed berries for pineapple and mango. You can also add almond butter for a nutty boost.
