- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- Combine the flour, grated Parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
- Cream the softened butter, minced garlic, and milk in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until a soft dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls, and place them on the greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
