  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the coating: In a shallow bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl to create an egg wash.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in all-purpose flour, then dip it into the egg wash, and coat it thoroughly with the crumb mixture.
  5. Sear the chicken in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Prepare the sauce by adding heavy cream and minced garlic to the same skillet and simmering over low heat until fragrant.
