- 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits (8 biscuits)
- 8 mozzarella cheese cubes
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate each biscuit. Flatten them to about 1/8 inch thick using your hands or a rolling pin.
- In the center of each biscuit, place one mozzarella cube.
- Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges together to seal well.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave, then mix in the minced garlic and chopped parsley until combined.
- Dip each biscuit ball into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- Roll each dough ball in the grated Parmesan cheese, giving them a flavorful crust.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and puffed up.
- Allow the cheese bombs to cool slightly before serving.
