- 4 slices Swiss Cheese

- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs

- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the chicken by pounding to an even thickness.
- Layer ham and Swiss on each chicken breast, then roll tightly.
- Setup a breading station with flour, eggs, and panko.
- Coat the chicken rolls in flour, then egg, and then panko.
- Fry in olive oil or butter until golden and cooked through.
- Make the sauce by whisking mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Serve with sauce drizzled on top or on the side.
Notes
