- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- Dipping sauce of choice (honey mustard or ranch)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Toss the chicken tenders in the mixture until well coated.
- Mix together the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in another bowl.
- Dredge the coated chicken tenders in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are fully covered.
- Lay the chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, double dip the tenders in the lemon-garlic mixture after dredging in breadcrumbs, then coat again in breadcrumbs.
